Our commitment to transparency

Christo Laboro is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We operate on the principle that every donor and every member of the public has the right to know exactly how their dollars are being used to fight child trafficking.

As a young organization in our first operating year, we are still building out our financial reporting infrastructure. We commit to publishing the following on this page as soon as they are available:

  • Annual Report — published each year covering programs, impact, and outcomes.
  • IRS Form 990 — the federal informational return required of 501(c)(3) organizations, made public per IRS rules.
  • Audited financial statements — once our annual revenue reaches the threshold requiring external audit.

Where the money goes

Christo Laboro funds three programs directly:

  1. Parent education — The Frontline community on Skool, where families learn to recognize and counter predators targeting their children.
  2. Overseas rescue missions — Deploying teams to rescue children from trafficking operations in partnership with local authorities.
  3. AI tools for law enforcement — Building technology that helps investigators identify, track, and prosecute predators at scale.

We run lean by design. Every dollar moves the needle forward — not just to administrative overhead, but to the actual operational work that fights child trafficking.

Tax-deductible donations

Donations to Christo Laboro are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by U.S. law. We will provide a receipt for every donation. Membership fees (such as The Frontline on Skool) are not tax-deductible because they represent payment for goods and services received.

Our IRS Employer Identification Number (EIN) is forthcoming and will be posted here once issued.

Governance

Christo Laboro is led by founder Daniel Laskowski, and operates under the governance structure required by Florida nonprofit law and the IRS rules for 501(c)(3) organizations. Our board of directors and bylaws will be expanded in the coming months as the organization grows. Board members and bylaws are filed publicly per state and federal law.
